From the very beginning, Nuova Picafond has been pursuing the needs of each client to offer a fully comprehensive service, resulting in the creation of a new Department of Mechanical Machining.

Each forged part can be directly clipped, processed with surface treatments and mechanically machined to guarantee the finest high quality finishing. These results are obtained thanks to the synergy between all the departments and with the help of transfer machines with multiple horizontal and vertical heads, and also by using a CNC machinery.

Checks are performed at regular intervals to allow the compilation of PPAP III and IV levels, that apply to automotive products, in addition to the usual standard tests.
